Never the less this one does have a serious side. Without the fags for the stress, the pint for the depression and a football match for the anger the government would not be able to oppress the population.
Indeed Tory Chancellor George Osborne announced cuts in beer duty as a vital part of his strategy of getting the population to accept deeper public service cuts.
